The website has two forms. We only receive what you fill in yourself:

• Quote form: the service you choose, your name, city and phone number, and, if you like, your email address and a message.
• Callback request: your phone number.

Both forms also tell us which language you were viewing the website in, so we can reply in your language.

We use this data only to contact you, answer your question and arrange a quote or appointment. Never for advertising, and we don't sell it to anyone.

The website does not store your request: we receive it as an email in our mailbox.

We need the data from the forms to prepare a quote or call you back at your request, before any contract exists (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR). Without the required fields we cannot handle your request.

To improve the website, we keep track of how it is used. For this we use Umami, a statistics tool we run ourselves. Umami sets no cookies, does not follow you across other websites and does not store IP addresses. We can see, for example, which pages are viewed, which website visitors come from, what kind of device and browser they use, and roughly which country and city they are in.

We also count clicks on the request buttons and how often a form is started, sent or shows an error, along with the language. What you type into a form never ends up in the statistics.

In addition, Vercel, which hosts our website, records technical data on every visit, such as your IP address, the time and your browser. This is needed to serve the website and keep it secure.

We do this based on our legitimate interest in a secure website that works well (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR). You can object to this.

We keep your request no longer than needed to deal with it. We delete emails containing requests no later than 12 months after receiving them, including the copy in the Sent folder.

If you become a customer, we keep what is needed for the job and our accounts for as long as the law requires.

We keep website statistics for 24 months.

Vercel deletes the server logs after 1 hour.

We do not sell your data or give it to others for their own purposes. We do use these services:

• Vercel: hosts the website and our statistics. The forms are processed on servers in Frankfurt (Germany).
• Google (Gmail): provides our email. Your request arrives as an email in our Gmail mailbox.
• Neon: stores the website statistics database on servers in Frankfurt (Germany).

Vercel, Google and Neon are American companies. Even when data is stored in Europe, they may process it from the United States, and Google may also store email outside Europe. These transfers are covered by the safeguards the GDPR requires, such as the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.

We only share data with an authority when the law requires us to.

You have the following rights:

• Access: you can ask which data we hold about you.
• Rectification: if your data is incorrect, we will correct it.
• Erasure: you can ask us to delete your data.
• Restriction: you can ask us to stop using your data for a while, for example while we check whether it is correct.
• Objection: you can object to your data being used for website statistics and server logs.
• Portability: you can request the data from your request in a common digital format, for example to pass it on to another company.

Send an email to ya.cleanexperts@gmail.com. We will reply within one month. So that we don't give your data to the wrong person, we may ask you to confirm who you are.

Not happy with how we handle your data? Please let us know first, and we will look for a solution together. You also always have the right to file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority, the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens.

This website only uses cookies it needs to work, and no cookies for statistics or advertising.

If you choose a different language than your browser's, the NEXT_LOCALE cookie remembers that choice. It disappears when you close your browser.

We only load the Google Maps map when you click “Show map”. After that, Google receives your IP address and may set cookies. Google's privacy policy applies to that.

The Facebook and TikTok buttons are plain links. Nothing from those websites is loaded until you click one.
